FAQ's

Shop Hours:

We work full time jobs outside of B&W so our working hours are always sporadic.  We're also busy sports parents so please be patient with us on response times if you send us a message. We promise we'll get back to you ASAP.

Turn Around Time:

Please read your product listing, any extended shipping times will be noted there. Most items are ready for pick up or shipping in 10-14 BUSINESS DAYS (Monday-Friday). Weekends and holidays do not count as business days.

Order Pick-Up:

We offer a free pick-up option for our local customers.  The pick-up box is code protected, under surveillance and available any time of day.  It's outside at Modern Office Connections, 2139 Walnut Street in Murphysboro. If you've never picked up before, you will need to send us an email or Facebook message to obtain the security code for the box.

Shipping:

We ship USPS. A tracking number is provided for every order. We are not responsible for packages once scanned in by the USPS. Please note: this includes packages not received on time due to a USPS issue.

Returns/Exchanges:

Due to the custom nature of our product, we do not allow returns or exchanges. If you are unhappy with your purchase, we ask that you reach out to us via email: bonfiresandwine@gmail.com so we can discuss the issue. 

Manufacture Defects: We back our product, if you have a defect with your product please email us at bonfiresandwine@gmail.com. Please note: Normal wear and tear is not a manufacture defect. 

Wash/Care Instructions:

To extend the life of your apparel, we HIGHLY recommend washing inside out, in cold water, with no fabric softener. It's also best to hang dry or dry with no heat.
